The customer reported that the machine had a problem of hydraulic pressure. After the disassembly and inspection of the maintenance department, it was found that the radial and axial bearing of the yang rotor exhaust end was damaged due to the lack of oil, and the oil hole of the fuel injection disc was blocked. The direct cause of analyzing the damage caused by bearing is that the customer did not replace the old oil filtration in time during use, causing the internal impurities of the oil filter to enter the oil circuit system as the device runs. Because the fuel injection disc is at the end of the oil circuit system and the diameter of the fuel injection holes is small, these impurities can easily block the fuel injection holes, which in turn causes a series of faults.
